With Lists, you can follow specific profiles so you can track the entities you care about the most.

Lists are static, meaning they will never change unless you decide to add or delete entities from that list yourself. With lists, you’ll have a simple way to monitor prospects, investors, or the next unicorn. *Please note that there is a maximum of 100 saved lists.

There are 3 different ways to create a list in Crunchbase.

Search

Start by creating a search. Once you have your search, manually select which entries you want to add to your list by checking their boxes on the left individually. This will reveal a blue Save To List button.

Want to select all of your results? Check the very top box on the left of the Name column to reveal a Select All Results button.

Once you’ve clicked the Save To List button, you’ll have the option to add these results to an existing list or create a new list.

Selecting Create New List will open a pop up , where you can name the list, update its privacy settings, and customize the type and frequency of email alerts

Profile pages

When visiting a profile you want to track more easily, simply click Save on the top right of the screen.

Choose to add the profile to an existing list, or create a new one.

In My Dashboard

Click Create to start a new list.

Want to add to an existing list? Click into the list you’d like to contribute to, and use the Quick Add option at the top to add new entities.
