Saved searches and lists are defaulted to be private URLs, unless you opt to make them public in their respective settings; once they are public, they can be shared with other fellow Crunchbase Pro subscribers.
Saved Searches
Change the privacy settings of your saved searches by clicking the pencil icon on the right of your saved search, then selecting Edit Name / Alerts.
This will open up the following modal:
From here, you can toggle between Visible only to me and Visible to anyone with URL. Select the latter to make it shareable.
NOTE: Your search must be saved before it can be shared.
Lists
Like saved searches, your list URLs will be set to private unless you opt to make them public. To update these settings, click on the pencil icon on the right side of your list:
This will open up the following modal:
From here, you can toggle between URL is private and URL is shareable. Select the latter to share it with others, then hit Save.
Once you have made the links shareable for your saved search and/or list, simply copy the URL from your browser and send it to your fellow Crunchbase Pro team members.
