Create a contact list or search for contacts within an existing list to organize prospects, see relevant contact details and take action quickly with Crunchbase’s engagement suite! Any contact lists that you create will be private, and ready to access at any time in My Dashboard, which can be found in the top global navigation bar across any page on Crunchbase.
Creating a Contact List
From Company Profiles
Navigate to the People tab of a company profile, then scroll down to the Contacts section. Click View to unlock the contact.
Click the blue Save button.
Select the existing list you’d like to add it to or choose to create a new list instead.
From Advanced Search
In the Contacts tab of advanced search, use the checkbox to select the contacts you’d like to add to your list, then hit Save to List to evaluate later.
Once you’ve created your list of contacts, you’re ready to take action!
- Send an email using Crunchbase’s engagement suite, powered by our intelligent email templates and snippets
- Push to your CRM of choice - Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach
- Export to CSV
Searching for Contacts within an Existing List
To search for contacts within a list, simply click Search Contacts in the upper right corner of any of your existing lists.
This will bring you to Advanced Search, where you can also use the filter Company in This List to select within which company list(s) you want to search for contacts!
