Outreach customers can discover decision-makers at qualified accounts, push contacts to Outreach, and assign them to existing sequences, all from Crunchbase. *Please note that Crunchbase’s integration with Outreach is available for Crunchbase Business customers.
How to Connect your Outreach Account
There are three ways you can connect to your Outreach account to get started:
Account Settings
Navigate to the Integrations page.
Click into the Outreach tile.
Select Connect — you’ll be redirected to Outreach where you can login with your credentials and sync your account.
Company Profiles
Click into the People & Contacts tab in the left-side navigation on a company profile.
Scroll down to the Contacts section, then click the Outreach icon to connect.
Search
Navigate to a contact search.
Select the Outreach icon next to any contact to connect.
After connecting your Outreach account in Crunchbase, your existing Outreach sequences will load automatically.
Using the Integration
Once you’re connected, you can push contacts directly to Outreach, simply by clicking on the Outreach icon in search or on company profiles.
You can assign the contact to an existing Outreach sequence or push it to Outreach to assign it later. You can also push to Salesforce as a contact or a lead to keep your CRM up to date.
Click Push; when it is pushed successfully, a confirmation message will appear. You can also click on the success link to view it in Outreach.
