If you're looking to reassign your subscription to someone else, you can do so by clicking the account in the upper right-hand corner, then select Account Settings.
From the left navigation, select Subscriptions & Billing.
Under the Subscription Management section, click the Manage Subscriptions button.
To begin, click on the three-dot icon and select Unassign Subscription.
From there, type in the email associated with the Crunchbase user account you want to assign the subscription to.
If the email you are assigning the subscription to does not have an existing Crunchbase user account, you should see the subscription set as Pending. The individual will need to register for a Crunchbase user account first and accept the invite. You can always resend the invite or unassign the subscription by clicking the three-dot icon next to the subscription.
If the email you are assigning the subscription does have a Crunchbase user account, you should see the subscription set as Accepted but you can always unassign.
Please note the subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period. As you will still have access to Pro through the end of your billing period, no prorated refunds are issued.
