Use the Hubspot integration in search to push company or contact accounts directly to your CRM. You can also collaborate with your team by seeing which Hubspot account owner is associated with your search results, and what the latest activity is.

Identify Accounts & View CRM Details

Find the Hubspot icon on the right-side of the Name column of your search results.

Click into the name to see who the account owner is, and the latest activity date.

Push Contacts or Companies

Select Push to push the account directly to Hubspot.

Filter Search Results

Add the following search filters to enhance your search view.

FILTER NAME FILTER DEFINITION
Exclude Accounts In My CRM Allows you to automatically filter out recent accounts that already exist in Hubspot to quickly find new target accounts.
CRM Last Account Activity Date Allows you to search the past 30/60/90 days or by a custom date range to resurface stale leads.
CRM Account Owner Allows you to search by your name or a teammate’s name to reference accounts you care about.
Customer Type Allows you to search by your defined customer labels to reference accounts you care about
