(The following article applies to Crunchbase Business customers who have a monthly package of 100, 250, or 500 contacts.)
Contact data packages auto-renew on a monthly basis. To find out when your upcoming contact data payment is, click on the Account icon located in the top right corner of any page on Crunchbase, then select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
From the left navigation, select Subscriptions & Billing, then click on the View All button in the Invoices section on the right.
From here, you will see all subscriptions associated with your account, and all of their charges, both past and upcoming.
In this example above, you’ll see that you were charged for your Contacts package on March 27th, and you have upcoming charges for that package on a monthly basis.
