To start a search for contact data, click on Advanced Search from the upper navigation, then select Contacts from the dropdown.
Here, you can expand the filter categories to find the exact contacts you’re looking for.
For our example, let’s search for CFOs in the SaaS industry. First, in the Overview section, you’d check the Executive box, then input ‘Financial Officer’ in the Job Title section.
Open the Organization tile to add ‘SaaS’ as the Industry.
After finding the employee that the user would like to contact, click the View button to unlock it.
(Please note that we recommend working in Card view for a contact search — toggle from Table view to Card view on the right-hand side of the search, next to the Save Search button).
Alternatively, you can use an account-based approach and filter by accounts that meet your ICP and have contact data available. To do this, click on the Companies tab of search to start a company search. Open the Contacts filter category, and check the Has Contact Data box.
