Import Troubleshooting Tips & Tricks

Having trouble with importing your list? First, please ensure that the following requirements are applicable to the file you are uploading: 

• The format is CSV (.csv)
  • .xls, .numbers, .txt, .html, .docx will not import successfully
• There are only two columns - name and domain
• There are fewer than 1,000 rows
• There is no extra row at the top as a header or title
• This list contains only companies
• No special characters are included in the file
  • This includes accents in non-English languages
