With Crunchbase’s Zapier integration, you can use Crunchbase data to power your workflows across 7,000+ apps. *Please note that this feature is available for Crunchbase Business customers.
- Easily build integrations using custom no-code zaps and user-generated templates
- See proprietary company data in the workflows you already use
- Take immediate action when there’s activity in your Crunchbase lists and saved searches
Get connected to the Zapier integration right in your workflow as you’re navigating Crunchbase. In My Dashboard, you can click Create to create a list with Zapier.
Navigate to your saved searches or lists in My Dashboard, and click the Sync with Zapier button.
In search, click Save to List once you’ve selected your desired search results. Scroll down until you see the Sync with Zapier options.
We’ve highlighted a few of the most popular apps that you can connect to through Zapier in the Marketplace tab of your Integrations settings. Click into any of these and get started with the Zapier integration. *The example below is for Google Sheets, but this screen will look the same for any app that you choose.
After initiating the connection through one of the above methods, you’ll be redirected to Zapier where you can log in with your credentials (or sign up if you don’t have them yet!)
Once you’re logged into Zapier, click Sign In to get connected to Crunchbase.
A pop up window will appear to start the connection to Crunchbase. You will be prompted to agree to the connection. Click Allow.
You will be brought back to the Apps page to confirm the connection.
Getting Set Up in Zapier
Alternatively, you can set up your Crunchbase connection in Zapier. Make sure you are logged into Crunchbase before this set up.
Navigate to the Apps tab of the home page - here, you’ll be walked through the steps to get started.
Search for Crunchbase in the Search Apps bar. Navigate to the Add Connection section and click Connect.
A pop up window will appear to start the connection to Crunchbase. You will be prompted to agree to the connection. Click Allow.
You will be brought back to the Apps page to confirm the connection.
That’s it! You’re ready to create some Zaps, either with a premade template or by creating your own Zap with its own triggers and actions.
