Getting Started with the Zapier Integration

With Crunchbase’s new Zapier integration, you can use Crunchbase data to power your workflows across 7,000+ apps. 

* Easily build integrations using custom no-code zaps and user-generated templates

* See proprietary company data in the workflows you already use

*Take immediate action when there’s activity in your Crunchbase lists and saved searches

 

Getting Set Up in Crunchbase

Navigate to the Marketplace tab of the Integrations page in your Account Settings - here, you’ll be walked through the steps to get started. Note, if you are on a Crunchbase subscription team, each team member will have to set up their own Zapier connection individually.

After clicking the Zapier card, you will be brought to this page.

Navigate to zapier.com to sign into your existing Zapier user account, or sign up for one.  



A pop up window will appear to start the connection to Crunchbase. You will be prompted to agree to the connection. Click Allow. 

 

Getting Set Up in Zapier

Alternatively, you can set up your Crunchbase connection in Zapier. Make sure you are logged into Crunchbase before this set up. 

Navigate to the Apps tab of the home page - here, you’ll be walked through the steps to get started.

 

Search for Crunchbase in the Search Apps bar. Navigate to the Add Connection section and click Connect. 

 

A pop up window will appear to start the connection to Crunchbase. You will be prompted to agree to the connection. Click Allow. 

 

Once you click Allow, you will be brought back to the Apps page to confirm the connection. 

 

That’s it! You’re ready to create some Zaps, either with a premade template or by creating your own Zap with its own triggers and actions

 

How to Access Zapier in Crunchbase

Once you’ve connected with Zapier, you can find the integration in four places. 

First, under the Zapier section of your Integration Settings page:

Second, in My Dashboard, either by clicking the Sync with Zapier icon next to any of your saved lists or searches…

 

…or by clicking Create to start a new saved search or list.

 

Third, on a page of search results, by clicking Save to list

 

Fourth, on a Saved Search, by clicking Sync
