Having trouble with your Zapier integration? Check out our troubleshooting tips for common issues below.

“Why didn’t the companies in my existing list push over to Zapier after I connected?”

Companies that are already present in the list when the connection is made will not be integrated. Only companies that are added to a new list after the connection is made will be integrated. To add companies that are already present in the list, follow these steps HERE

 

“I need further instruction on how the List trigger will work.”

We recommend setting up your list or search columns before creating a Zap. 

Please follow these instructions:

If you can't find the fields you need in the following action step(s), you can add more by following these steps:

  1. Go to your connected List or Saved Search.
  2. Click the “Edit View” button in the header.
  3. In the view editor modal, select the new fields you want to add.
  4. Click “Apply Changes” in the modal.
  5. Click “Save Changes” to update your list.
  6. Finally, refresh your data in Zapier to see the updated list item values.
