Only companies added to the list after it's connected in Zapier will be integrated. Companies that are present on the list at the time it's connected in Zapier will not be integrated.
Below are the steps to include the companies that are present on the list or search:
- Connect the desired list or search to the intended 3rd-party app via Zapier
- Setup a blank list and connect this list to the same intended 3rd-party app via Zapier
- Grab all the existing companies from your connected list or search from Step 1, and then add those to the list you connected in Step 2.
- Any new companies added to the desired list or search from Step 1 will automatically be sent over to the connected system and those companies already on your list from Step 1 have been added via Steps 2 & 3.
Note: You will be handling your ongoing sync and the backfill via separate workflow automations.
