SFDC Connection Troubleshooting

If you’re having trouble staying connected to Salesforce, and have IP allowlists enabled in your SFDC, you'll need to add Crunchbase's IPs to your allowlist. The IP address(es) may need to be updated every two weeks, but it can be more frequently than that.

Please reach out to your dedicated CSM for an updated list of IP addresses to add to your allowlist.
