What do I need to start the Salesforce integration with Crunchbase?

As of 2025, new Crunchbase Pro customers no longer have access to data exports, CRM integrations, contacts, teams, and SSO.

In order to start saving to your Salesforce account, you’ll first need to login or register for a Crunchbase user account here

Navigate to the Marketplace tab your account settings by clicking the account icon in the top right of Crunchbase’s global navigation bar, then selecting Integrations from the dropdown.

Then click ‘Connect to Salesforce CRM

The screenshot in this article was taken from a Crunchbase Business (Owner) user account. Screens may vary depending on your subscription, however, the steps will be the same.

Note, synchronization will take a few minutes to complete. Once it's completed you can start saving to your individual account! 

Keep in mind, when connecting your Salesforce account be sure you are using a Salesforce edition that provides API access. For more information on connection requirements, click here
