Crunchbase API Troubleshooting

If you are running into an error when using the Crunchbase API, please check the following: 

Are you using the correct version of the API? 

  • New users should be on v4.0 
  • Legacy users should be on v4-legacy

If you need to update the version you are using, you can do so by selecting the v-4 in the top left-hand corner and changing to the correct version, as shown below:

 

Does your API package include the data that you are attempting to access? 

  • You can view available data for each API package here: API Packages
