Outreach Integration

With Crunchbase’s integration with Outreach, Outreach customers can discover decision-makers at qualified accounts, push contacts to Outreach, and assign them to existing sequences, all from Crunchbase.

Below is a demo how to use Outreach Integration

 

How to Connect your Outreach Account

There are three ways you can connect to your Outreach account to get started: 

  • Account Settings: Click on the ‘Integrations’ page. In the Outreach integration section, log in with your credentials to sync your Outreach account. 
  • Company Profiles: Click on the ‘People’ tab. Click the Outreach icon and you’ll be prompted to connect to your Outreach account. 
  • Advanced Search: Click on the ‘Contacts’ tab, select the Outreach icon, and you’ll be prompted to connect your Outreach account. 

After connecting your Outreach account in Crunchbase, your existing Outreach sequences will load automatically. 


Using Outreach Through Company Profiles

Step 1: Click on the “People” tab. Select the Outreach icon to push a contact. Note that you’ll have to use one of your contact views to push a contact to Outreach.

 

Step 2: You can assign the contact to an existing Outreach sequence or push it to Outreach to assign it later.  You can also push to Salesforce as a contact or a lead to keep your CRM up to date.

 

Step 3: Click on “Push.” When it is pushed successfully, a confirmation message will appear. You can also click on the success link to view it in Outreach. 

 

Using Outreach Through Advanced Search

Step 1: In Advanced Search, select the ‘Contacts’ tab. Use filters to target companies based on your ICP or the type of contacts you’re looking to reach out to.

 

Step 2: You can assign the contact to an existing Outreach sequence or push it to Outreach to assign it later.  You can also push to Salesforce as a contact or a lead to keep your CRM up to date.

 

Step 3: Click on “Push.” When it is pushed successfully, a confirmation message will appear. You can also click on the success link to view it in Outreach.
