My account has been deleted by mistake

Hi! Yesterday I was updating my company's profile after almost a year. Then, it showed a 404 error, I tried to reach the support team and sent valid information about our company, so our profile can be restored, but nobody was answering, only Agatha auto-response. Please I need to talk to the support team to solve this mistake.
