Cant find a user or add him as a founder
I'm trying to add another founder to one of our businesses, but it won't let me.
In fact, I can't even find him when I search for him. He has a verified account and email.
Is there a bug in the system? How do I correct this?

With Crunchbase, any registered user can add or edit any profile page - profiles are not explicitly linked to any user.
