What Funding Rounds classify as Start-Up Funding?
I would like to know which funding rounds are considered as funding for start-up's? Is there any official classification?
Especially, which Series can still be considered as start-up funding? A company like Slack, with a value of about 7.1 billion US-dollars for example, can still conduct a Series H funding. But, I wouldn't classify an established company as Slack as a start-up anymore. So where can we draw the line?
