Why get "You've reached your monthly limit" for Free version?

My co-worker who is using free version got "You've reached your monthly limit"  message today.   As I understand, free version has limitations to see some data, but does not have limitations for the amount or number of time they use Crunchbase. So, if that is correct, why did he get this message and how can he use free version again? He was also unable to sign in to this community.

    Free users do have a monthly limit on profile views that is refreshed every 30 days. Alternatively, if your friend is interested in becoming a customer you can check our offerings here: https://about.crunchbase.com/products/pricing/  Signing up gets you unlimited profiles access, and depending on which product you buy, also includes access to contact data and 3rd party data and tool integrations.

    I would like to know the monthly limit of profile review for Free user before considering purchasing the product.   Are the numbers anywhere on the website?

    Currently, free users have access to 11 profile views that is refreshed every 30 days.
