No response for my Crunchbase Pro refund request

How long does it usually take to get a response from a billing@crunchbase.com team or general support?

I have written to both emails about the refund request on my Crunchbase Pro subscription which shouldn't be a problem as I requested it on the same day it has been billed. I know Crunchbase's refund policy requires these requests to be sent within 7 days.

However, it has been three days now without any kind of response and I don't want to get in a situation where the request is rejected because 7 days have passed due to no fault of my own.

    Hi Ejub Hadzic, our support hours are Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm PST. Additionally, as Labor Day is an observed holiday for our company - our team was out of office. All support inquires will be responded on a first come, first serve basis.

    Erika, I am in a similar predicament as I have opened a support ticket with billing@crunchbase.com to request a Crunchbase Pro refund. I am within the timeframe to request and receive said refund. However, I have not heard back from anyone.

    Do customers get penalized for the lack of response from your team if the 7 days passes?

    My request is still within the 7 days period. Are the requests made on the billing address completely ignored? 

    It is not fair to show a monthly subscription price and then be billed for a whole year.

    Hi Rebeca Op. our support hours are Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm PST. Our queue is a first come, first serve basis. I will have our billing team look into your issue and respond accordingly.

    Hi Erika, I sent a request for refund to  billing@crunchbase.com  immediately after the payment. It's been 7 days and have not heard back from anyone. Can you check for me?

    Hi Erika. I'm in the same situation and requested cancellation immediately after being billed, and I have been emailing daily at billing@crunchbase.com as well as prosupport@crunchbasecom since 3 days now, and not received a single reply. All I get is an automated reply. Can you please help? Thanks a lot in advance!
