Problem updating person profile
Hello,
For the past few days, I have been experiencing issues updating a client's profile (https://www.crunchbase.com/person/gianantonio-arnoldi).
If I try to update the biography, even by adding just one word, I receive the following warning:
"The current input is invalid because it fails one or more business validations; please modify the input value and save your edits again."
I am also unable to change the photo without receiving this message:
"There are errors in the edits you are trying to submit. Click the pencil icon for each item to review and address the issue, then submit your edits again."
I am quite proficient in using the platform and don't believe I am making any mistakes. I also asked a colleague to make the changes using their account, and they are experiencing the same issues. Can you help me?
