Accessing the REST API

This issue refers to Our Open Data Map which is basic access to our API: https://data.crunchbase.com/docs/open-data-map

For full access to the API, you'll need an Enterprise account. 

[{"status":404,"code":"AV404","message":"Could not locate user account","field":null}]

Always & Always it shows this even i have my user key also. I didn't get this doubt cleared.
kindly help me please.

    Hi Akshat Jain, could you provide a screenshot of this error you're receiving so our team can take a better look? 

    Please note that your user account can be accessed by clicking Account in the upper right of any page and clicking Account Settings. You can edit your name, email address, email settings, and social authentication: https://www.crunchbase.com/account

    We do not require a user key to access your user account.
