Manage my Company - Verification email never arrives

I followed the instructions to the letter: search for the company, provide my email address, hit Next, but the verification email never arrives. I emailed support and never got a response.

My account is connected through Google so my email address has a green shield in my account information, but seems to make little difference.

So now our logo has changed, our employees have changed and we can do nothing about it.

Any ideas?

    Hi Terence Bennell! A member of our support team replied to your support ticket with the following to check with your IT admin as we received the following message when trying to send the verification form. 

    "550 5.7.1 The user or domain that you are sending to (or from) has a policy that prohibited the mail that you sent. Please contact your domain administrator for further details. For more information, go to https://support.google.com/a/answer/172179 6a1803df08f44-6bb3faca26bsi165090516d6.435 - gsmtp"

    In the meantime, can you provide our support team with the list of edits you'd like to make so we can make them on your behalf while you work with your team on this issue?
