Lost the email access to my Business profile, Need to update and change the Business profile Answered
I am writing to request assistance in regaining access to the account associated with our previous startup, Tao.live. We intend to update the business profile to reflect our current startup, Mitigata.com
We no longer have access to the account credentials and would greatly appreciate your guidance on how we can proceed with the necessary changes.

In the event that you do not remember the email associated with your user account, we recommend creating a new user account: https://www.crunchbase.com/register
This won't affect your existing profile! Profiles and user accounts are completely separate on Crunchbase, you will still be able to access your profile. To edit the page, click the "Edit" button at the top right of any profile. Keep in mind, we verify each user account which can take up to 24 hours - once this is completed you can then begin making edits.
