How can I recover my Crunchbase account if I can't access my email? Answered

Hi,

My company changes name and domain. Unfortunately I don't have access to the email account I used to created the Crunchbase account.

Can I recover my profile?

    Hi Raul - to better assist, is your Crunchbase user account associated with a paid subscription?

    In the event that you do not remember the email associated with your user account, we recommend creating a new user account: https://www.crunchbase.com/register

    This won't affect your existing profile! Profiles and user accounts are completely separate on Crunchbase, you will still be able to access your profile. To learn more about this, check out the following link: https://support.crunchbase.com/hc/en-us/articles/115010462427-What-s-the-difference-between-user-accounts-and-person-profiles-

    To edit the page, click the "Edit" button at the top right of any profile. Keep in mind, we verify each user account which can take up to 24 hours - once this is completed you can then begin making edits.
