Hi,
We have a membership that we received in the name of our president. However, we may have trouble getting an invoice from him. Can we define an e-mail address so that the accounting department can receive invoices? So, can you send the invoices issued so far to this address?

Hi Murat Karatas! Invoices are emailed to the email address associated with the subscription. If you would like the invoices to be sent to the accounting department, you will need to change the email address associated with the subscription.
However, if you are in need of invoices, you can request copies from our billing support team. You will just need to provide the email address associated with the subscription.
