Fireside Recent News Not Working

Hi, Since it doesn't look like I can provide a support inquiry on Crunchbase's website I will do so here: I just read a techcrunch article about one of my top accounts raising money on April 26th 2023. It is nowhere to be found in the recent news for the company and not in my email alerts either as I have the company saved. The company is Fireside.

Could you explain why this is not in their recent news? It is very troubling to see this as I am paying for Crunchbase out of my own pocket and not being reimbursed by company.
