Refund of pro subscription

I was charged an annually 588 dollars which I thought is a monthly subscription, I opted for a starter monthly basis but charged for pro on an annual basis. Will they refund my amount? I have raised a ticket immediately after being charged. Any ones suggestion will be a great help
