Refund after free trial
Hi support,
I recently started a free trial and ended it 2 days ago, but found out today I was charged the full year subscription. I did not expect that charge and do not authorize it, please refund this or let me know who I can contact to dispute this. If no response is received, Ill be disputing this with my bank.

Per our Terms of Service agreed upon at trial,
"Full subscription refunds for Crunchbase Starter, Crunchbase Pro, Crunchbase Pro with Data Boost, and Marketplace data subscriptions will be granted for requests received by our billing team within 7 days of the payment. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued. "
