(urgent) subscription refund request
I just found out that my Crunchbase pro subscription was auto-renewed on 11/24. As so I request to get a full refund for the subscription.
I have cancelled the subscription; I hope you find out that no product features have been used during the period from my account.
Please expedite this process, since the billing was done with my corporate credit card and we have the billing settlement deadline of 12/1.
