Unable to add notes

Hi community, 

As a Crunchbase Pro user, I would like to add notes on companies' profiles. But I'm no longer able to do it. Each time I try the same error message appears "We couldn't save your note. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact support."

Plus I don't know how to contact support. Therefore I'm asking if someone has the answer - even though it seems to be a technical issue.

Clear app cache (for mobile apps): If you're using a mobile app, you can try clearing the cache of the note-taking app. Go to your device's settings, locate the app settings, and find the option to clear the app's cache.
