As of 10/7/24, customers that recently purchased Crunchbase Pro will no longer have access to data exports, CRM integrations, contacts or SSO.
As a team owner/admin, you can access this information under: ‘Account Settings’ > ‘Integrations’ > ‘Salesforce’ > ‘Sync settings’ or ‘Push settings’. - or follow the step by step instructions below.
1. Make sure that Salesforce is connected.
2. Once Salesforce is connected, you should see the option to Manage Settings.
3. Once you've clicked Manage Settings, you can access the Sync settings or Push settings.
Important to note: These settings can only be accessed by the team owner/admin. To find out who your team's owner/admin is: Who is my team Admin?
