Crunchbase schedules standard maintenance for our billing system to continue providing the best product and service for our customers.
During the maintenance window, customers will not be able to start, cancel, or upgrade trials and subscriptions. Adding seats, accessing invoices, and updating your payment method will also be paused. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
The next standard maintenance will take place between February 12th starting 10pm to February 13th ending at 12am PST.
Please reach out to billing@crunchbase.com if this pause in functionality prevents you from making a payment or canceling before a payment is due and we will take care of it at no cost or penalty to you. Once the maintenance window passes, functionality will resume.
