Automatically add your personalized signature to each of your email templates.
To always add a signature to your emails, click the account in the upper right-hand corner, then select Account Settings.
From the left navigation, select Integrations and toggle on 'Always add email signature' - you should see the toggle turn blue when on. From there, insert the text you want to be added to your signature, click Save when you've finished.
For BCC, add an automatic BCC to outgoing email, so you can easily track email sends to Salesforce or in your personal email inbox.
To always BCC to your emails, click the account in the upper right-hand corner, then select Account Settings.
From the left navigation, select Integrations and toggle on 'Always BCC this email' - you should see the toggle turn blue when on. From there, add the email in the box and hit enter when you've finished.
