To cancel the Contacts and/or DataBoost add on, click the account in the upper right-hand corner, then select Account Settings.
From the left navigation, select Subscriptions & Billing.
Under the Subscription Management section, click Manage Subscriptions.
A window will appear, prompting you to verify that you would like to cancel your subscription. Click the Checkmark to uncheck the Contacts add on. Once you uncheck the boxes, the message "Pending Cancellation" will appear.
To verify your cancellation, click Update Subscription.
Your cancellation will be confirmed. Note, this will cancel all related Contact subscription(s) but not related to your Crunchbase Pro subscription. If you would like to cancel the entire subscription, click here.
Please note that your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period. As you will still have access to Contacts through the end of your billing period, no prorated refunds are issued.
