Utilize your pre-existing lists in a company search, by including or excluding the entities that are within your lists. First, learn how to import a customer list HERE.

The Include From This List filter will include the organizations within the list you select, in the search results.

The Exclude From This List filter will exclude organizations in the list you select, in your search results.

Let’s see this feature in action - start by creating a company search by selecting Companies from the Advanced Search dropdown in the top navigation.

Open up the Notes, Lists, Tags category to find the Include/Exclude From This List filters. In this example, we’ve included a list “2025 Prospects” and excluded a list “Companies w/ recent layoffs”. In doing so, we can focus our efforts on prospects with a healthier, more steady trajectory.

See your results update in real time as you incorporate your lists into your search. Keep in mind that there is a 5 list limit.

Click the blue Save Search button to save your search and be notified when there are new additions

Modify the columns to further personalize the data that’s being displayed to you.
