Why aren’t my Salesforce fields populating with Crunchbase data?

When you aren’t seeing Salesforce fields populate with Crunchbase data, there can be two reasons for this:

  1. The field is blank in Crunchbase for that given company
  2. The field cannot be synced from Crunchbase to Salesforce

Note: The latter will happen less often once Crunchbase's Salesforce Managed Package is migrated over to the new API launching this year as we will have more data fields available in the integration.
