All Crunchbase receipts are emailed to you from billing@crunchbase.com upon purchase.
If you did not receive a copy of your receipt, you can view and download invoices under Crunchbase’s Account Settings.
You can start by clicking on your account in the upper right-hand corner of your screen, then select Account Settings.
From the left navigation, select Subscriptions & Billing.
Under the Payment & Billing section, click on the View Invoices button.
The above screenshot is of a Crunchbase Pro (Owner) subscription. This specific screen may vary depending on your subscription, however, the steps will be the same.
From here, click the download icon next to the specific invoice you would like. Note, if applicable, the top row will list your upcoming bill details which cannot be downloaded until the charge has been made.
If you need additional information included on this receipt (such as company address or tax ID/VAT number) please send us an email at billing@crunchbase.com with your current invoice and the specific details you need.
Note, for Crunchbase Pro users in a team, only the 'owner' can see this information.
