Where can I find my receipt?

A receipt for all Crunchbase payments will be emailed to you from billing@crunchbase.com upon purchase. 

If you did not receive a copy of your receipt, you can view and download all paid invoices in your Crunchbase account. Click on Account located in the top right corner of any page on Crunchbase, then select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.

From the left navigation, select Subscriptions & Billing, then click on the View All button in the Invoices section on the right. 

The above screenshot may vary depending on what subscription you have, however the steps will remain the same. 

 

From here, click the download icon next to the specific invoice you would like. Please note that upcoming invoices listed at the top cannot be viewed or downloaded - you must wait until the charge has been made. 

If you need additional information included on your invoices (such as company address or tax ID/VAT number), please send us an email at billing@crunchbase.com with your invoice # and the specific details you need to be added. 

NOTE: if you are a Pro subscriber who is a member of a team, you will not be able to view your team’s billing information; only the team Owner has access to this. Learn more HERE.
