As historical data holds important value for both our platform and community, Crunchbase prefers not to remove profiles. Crunchbase data comes from multiple channels -- our active community of contributors, publicly available sources on the internet, and various data partners. Due to our crowdsourced nature, profiles that are removed may be re-added in the future by any of our sources.
Registered users can correct any inaccuracies on the profile. Learn more about how to edit a profile here.
If the reason for removal is due to the profile having been spammed with malicious or inaccurate information, you can report the spam to our team at support@crunchbase.com. Upon review, our team may then lock the profile and blacklist the user to prevent further spam.
However, if you do require that your Crunchbase profile be deleted, you may submit a request for removal here.
