How are you defining the LGBTQ+ led & founded data points?

Per GLAAD’s reference guide, we categorize LGBTQ+ as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer. 

We do not assume someone’s label, instead, we provide the space for individuals to self-identify the terms they use to describe their sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression.
