How often do notifications refresh?
Notifications refresh every 24 hours.
I am not receiving any notifications. How can I get them to show up?
Please update your territory preferences, wait a few moments and refresh Crunchbase.
Can I get notifications via email?
You’ll receive an email every Tuesday showing your new recommendations.
You can also receive email alerts for companies that you’ve saved to lists. Learn more about setting up and managing your alerts here.
Can I customize my in-app notification preferences (frequency, types of alerts shown)?
Customized notifications aren’t available at this time, but we are actively working on enhancements to this feature. We’ll share your feedback with our team.
Can I turn off in-app notifications?
No, not at this time, but we are actively working on enhancements to this feature. Your feedback is valuable as we further improve this feature and associated settings.
Are you going to show other types of notifications besides recommendations in the future?
We are starting with new recommendations, but we plan to expand to additional notification types. Please let us know (prosupport@crunchbase.com) if there are specific notification options that would be helpful to you.
Why do my new recommendation notifications not align with the recommendations weekly email that I receive?
